This is the second book by Judith
Baker Montano in
a series of books on embroidery and silk ribbon stitches. This is a lovely
book and I recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more stitches. This
definitely a more advanced book. The stitch illustrations are great
but not as clear as some books. It does have a great section on
composite stitch patterns used in crazy quilts.
She includes pictures of flowers as well as sketches. The back of the book is given over to an artists sketchbook and is very inspirational.
