This is one of the best ribbon
embroidery books that I've read. It has great instructions and the
picture are clear and helpful. She includes how to paint backgrounds
and even how to die your own ribbons. I really like her silk flowers
and she makes some of the prettiest irises. The book includes fushias,
rose, poppies, sweet peas, pansies, leaves, bleeding hearts, irises,
aquilegia, anemone, canterbury bells and other lovely flowers. If I
was a beginner and wanted to buy only one book this is it.
